Preventative Maintenance

Coil Cleaning

Cleaning the condensing coils in freezers and reach-in coolers is part of the maintenance program offered by Peycor Inc. This illustration shows a restaurant's operational unit. The accumulation of dirt and grime by these coils can result in increased operating expenses.

HVAC Coil Washing

This RTU shows the before and after visual comparison of dirty condensing coils. A section of the coil following chemical washing is displayed in the second image. Maintaining clean coils will increase compressor longevity, reduce operating expenses, and boost productivity.

Refrigeration Coil Washing

Chemically cleaning HVAC units and outdoor refrigeration condensing coils is equally crucial. This example illustrates how dirt and grime can accumulate in the condensing coils of walk-in coolers, freezers, and remote ice machines, leading to mechanical failure, downtime, and lost productivity.

Filters

The primary tool that keeps your evaporator coils from getting dirty and obstructing airflow is a filter. Evaporator coils that are dirty can freeze, decrease airflow, and slug liquid refrigerant back into the compressor, which can lead to compressor failure. Repairs for this could cost thousands of dollars.

Drain Lines

New condensation drain lines from the roof-top units are visible in this collage. Due to inadequate supports, the old drain lines became extremely bent and failed to remove water from the roof. Peycor Inc. installed new drain lines and supports after removing the old ones. The water is now properly draining off.

No Maintenance Agreement

This is an illustration of a kitchen roof-top unit without a maintenance program. You can see filthy filters that are covered in grime and grease. Additionally, you can see that the evaporator coil, where the filters fell into the unit, is covered in grease. The inefficient operation of this unit may necessitate expensive repairs.

Customizable Preventative Maintenance Program

We at Peycor Inc. can design plans to meet your specifications. We can create programs to take proper care of your refrigeration and HVAC systems. We will conduct a walkthrough, collect all relevant information about your equipment, create a program based on your request, and go over payment options.
